Humans make the argument.

Crossbencher uses software to move information, not to impersonate a writer or manufacture a fact.

What people do

A named contributor chooses the claim, makes the case, answers the strongest reply and stands behind the published words. Editors check structure, sourcing and fairness to the opposing argument.

What automation does

Automation can collect public material, organise records, prepare research and run the two daily factual games. It can help a person compare sources. It does not publish political argument under its own authority.

What automation does not do

It does not invent facts, diagnose motives, hide inconvenient records or decide that a named person is good or bad. A factual tool shows its source and lets the reader draw the conclusion.

Corrections

We correct factual errors openly and preserve the record of what changed. Send a correction or question to hello@crossbencher.co.uk.
