Broken Promise Scoreboard

Manifesto pledges, quoted verbatim and verified against the party's own published text, tracked against the public record. A status appears only after a named editor has checked the proposed evidence; unverified proposals never show here. Not binary by design - the honest middle statuses are the credibility.

The rubric - the published rules a status must cite
Delivered
The specific commitment is in force / completed, evidenced by legislation, spend or official data.
On track
Concrete implementation steps taken (bill passed / programme funded) consistent with delivery in the stated timeframe.
Delayed
Implementation begun but the stated timeframe has slipped, on the government's own dates.
Watered down
Delivered in materially narrower form than the pledge's wording.
Not started
No observable implementation step yet.
Broken
The government has acted contrary to the pledge, or delivery is no longer possible in this parliament.
Unmeasurable
The wording is not testable; we say so rather than faking a verdict.
