Four chapters through the conquest buried in your own mouth. Guess where each word came from - the dictionary keeps a nine-hundred-year-old secret, and by the end you will hear it everywhere.

- Four chapters, eight words each. Take them in any order.
- For each word: Old English, or arrived with the Normans in 1066?
- Every reveal cites the dictionary. Every chapter ends with what it means.
- Chapter four breaks the rules the first three taught you.
- Finish all four for the reckoning - and the share card.
